Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to appointments scheduled with MajorGlow.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

Requests to cancel or reschedule must be received by MajorGlow at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

 

A request is effective when received by MajorGlow. Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as late cancellations.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

 

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in:

​

* A cancellation fee;
* Forfeiture of an applicable reservation deposit;
* Required prepayment or deposit for future appointments; or
* Restrictions on future booking.

 

Applicable fees and deposit terms may be disclosed at or before booking or in the appointment confirmation.

Late Arrivals

 

MajorGlow may shorten, reschedule, or cancel an appointment when a late arrival leaves insufficient time to provide the scheduled service safely or properly.

 

An appointment that cannot be completed because of a late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation.

Deposits

 

Reservation deposits are applied as stated at booking. Deposits forfeited under this Policy are nonrefundable except where required by law.

 

Packages, promotions, gift certificates, and other purchases may be subject to separate terms.

Changes by MajorGlow

 

MajorGlow may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of provider availability, safety concerns, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances.

 

If MajorGlow cancels an appointment, any deposit paid specifically for that appointment will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded, as determined by MajorGlow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MajorGlow is not responsible for travel expenses, lost wages, or other

incidental costs resulting from an appointment change.

Policy Exceptions

 

MajorGlow may waive or modify this Policy in an individual situation at its discretion. Any exception does not require MajorGlow to provide the same exception in another situation.
